System Analysis Report Consultancy Process
Question: Describe about the System Analysis Report for Consultancy Process. Answer: Problem statement In the year 2014 it is observed that, the number of youths in the age group of 16-24 was at an alarming state. Investigations revealed that, the reason behind this high rate of suicides by the youngsters is mental illness of the people (Nguyen, Bellucci Nguyen, 2014). This trend is more dangerous in case of the indigenous youth. In most of the cases it is observed that, the young people with the suicidal tendency had met with different psychiatric professionals before they get the help the need to overcome from this kind of tendency. In this whole process for the consultancy, the youngsters have to repeat their story about how they feel and what is their mental condition (Enck et al., 2014). After a few meeting with different professionals, people calm up and thus talks a little about their issues. This leads to the loss of information from the youngsters (patients) side. Therefore, it is important from the start to get the details of a particular case from the start when someone reaches to any professional asking for help for his mental illness (Kuperman, Gardner Pryor 2013). Therefore, it is important for the professionals to have a system that records all the data about any patients case so that, all the details can be accessed by the different professionals in order to reduce the rate of suicides. Capabilities of the proposed system Some of the key capabilities of the proposed system will be, Helpful in providing individual care management: The posed system will be helpful for the different clinics and professional psychiatrists to create record of every individual patient visit to them (Glover, Sarma Overbye, 2012). In addition to that, they will edit and update information and view the patient history in order to provide tailored advice to every individual patient to overcome the mental illness. Reporting to the authorities : The system will be used in monitoring and controlling the records of the patients (Tran, Le Ngoc Thanh Phuong, 2013). The system will be able to develop reports in every month so that the information related to, the number of patients who received the treatments, number of patients whose mental illness is cured and got back to their daily life; the medicines prescribed to each of the patients can be managed by the regulatory authorities. Monitoring of the patients mental health: The system will be able to monitor the improvement in the patients mental health, according to consultation and use of the prescribed medicines (Glover, Sarma Overbye, 2012). In addition to that, this system will issue a warning to the concerned professionals if there is no improvement or degradation in the patients mental health. Protection to the patients personal data: Like any other medical systems, the most important thing in the medical services is to secure the patients personal information. For protecting the privacy of the patients, the system will have a two-step authentication method (Nguyen, Bellucci Nguyen, 2014). This will ensure the secure access to the record of the patients and at the same time protecting it from the intruders. Benefits from the system The use of the developed system in the medical or in the psychiatrists will be very helpful in reducing the number of the suicides of the youths in the region of NSW. The benefits from the system can be listed by, Potential to improve the services: As the system will capture the story of the patient from the first time it is told to any practitioner, therefore the system will help the other practitioners to access the data of that particular Patient, whenever the patient consults with other patients (Kuperman, Gardner Pryor 2013). In this way, the practitioners can provide better help and medication to the mentally ill people. Easy diagnosis of the illness: After few meetings the patients become calm and do not reveal much information to the headspace workers (Glover, Sarma Overbye, 2012). This leads to the unnecessary delay in the medication. By using this system, the headspace will be able to help the youngsters in the NSW region to avoid the tendency of suicides. Lesser cost for the medical services: This system will reduce the cost for the medical services to the patients. This is done by reducing the meeting time with the headspace workers/ psychiatrists (Enck et al., 2014). This in turn helps in reducing the recovery time as well as cost for the medication of the patient. References Enck, W., Gilbert, P., Han, S., Tendulkar, V., Chun, B. G., Cox, L. P., ... Sheth, A. N.
